InfoTel, spol. s r. o. has been engaged in the ECN-related activities since the mid-1990’s, and as of today, we provide for complete servicing of ECN for Vodafone Czech Republic a.s., s. r. o., with approximately 600,000 subscribers using electronic communication networks in various areas.
Currently we service the following locations: Bítozeves, Bohušovice nad Ohří, Brno, Černá za Bory, Děčín, Dvůr Králové nad Labem, Havířov, Hodonín, Hořice v Podkrkonoší, Hradec Králové, Cheb, Choceň, Chrudim, Jablonec nad Nisou, Jičín, Karlovy Vary, Liberec, Litomyšl, Loučná, Meziboří, Náchod, Nová Paka, Ostrava, Otrokovice, Pardubice, Plzeň, Přelouč, Příbram, Rokycany, Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Sokolov, Srnojedy, Teplice, Třebenice, Uherské Hradiště, Újezdeček, Ústí nad Labem, Veselí nad Moravou, Vysoké Mýto, Zlín, Žamberk, Žatec.

Between 2003 and 2009, our company upgraded ECN for Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. (formerly UPC Česká republika, s. r. o.) in the following extent:
Upgrade of D1 optical network in Brno, Ostrava, Zlín, Otrokovice, Plzeň, Příbram, Cheb, Sokolov, Chomutov, Havířov, Uherské Hradiště, Jablonec nad Nisou, Vyškov, Jindřichův Hradec, Šumperk, Hranice na Moravě, Třebíč, and Vsetín.
Upgrade of the secondary and tertiary networks (D2 and D3) with approx. 370,000 subscribers in the following locations: Brno, Ostrava, Zlín, Otrokovice, Plzeň, Příbram, Chomutov, Jirkov, Louny, Teplice, Děčín, Jílové, Duchcov, Bílina, Havířov, Uherské Hradiště, Vyškov, Šumperk, Vsetín, and Olomouc.
We provide for the installation and upgrade of data and voice services as well as installation of STB in all networks serviced by our company.
In addition to the as-built documentation (passport), including geodetic surveying, we have always provided the investors with a complete project documentation in vector graphics after the implementation of the projects.
In the period from 01.01.2000 until 2004, we represented the owners and operators of ECN in all territories serviced by our company; we dealt with all aspects arising from the obligation to provide statements on the operated networks to third parties, to issue necessary parts of geodetic documentation to designing and engineering offices and operators of other utility lines, but we also provided for checking the statements issued to third parties during the implementation of their projects (network protection) as well as for representing the operator in the negotiations about development projects concerning serviced networks, and planning and coordination of excavation work in the individual locations. At present, these works are primarily ensured by your company, but if necessary, we are capable of providing short-term capacity for said activities.
For our customers, who we provide with servicing of the ECN, we strive to search potential clients who can use our customer’s (your) optical networks, not only on the dark fibre level, but also as regards the provision of B2B transmission services.
