Information on the Processing of Personal Data
The above-mentioned data controller processes your personal data because it is necessary to take steps towards the potential conclusion of an employment contract with you as a job applicant, in particular to identify candidates for the advertised position and to negotiate the terms of the employment relationship. The information you submit, including communications, may also be accessed and processed using artificial intelligence (AI)-based systems (tools) for the purposes of evaluating this information, segmenting data and analysing communications with you.
1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
1.1. The identity and contact details of the data controller, including, where applicable, the contact details of the Data Protection Officer appointed by the controller, are provided above.
2. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is that such processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (which consists of you submitting your personal data) and, where applicable, to subsequently negotiate the terms of the employment relationship between you and the controller, as the employer, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).
3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Your personal data are processed for the purpose of taking steps to select a suitable candidate for the advertised position, negotiating the terms of the employment relationship with you as a job applicant, and handling related matters, as well as evaluating the information, segmenting data and analysing communications.
3.2. The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation. However, the information submitted may also be accessed and processed using artificial intelligence (AI)-based systems (tools).
4. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Your personal data will be stored by the controller for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, namely to select a candidate for the advertised position and conclude the relevant contractual relationship, but no longer than the period stipulated by generally binding legal regulations.
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data may include entities that, acting on the controller’s instructions as data processors, provide technical services to the controller, including software operation, data storage and the operation of AI systems. Other recipients may also include entities belonging to the same group of companies as the controller.
5.2. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
6.1. Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to have your personal data rectified or erased, and, where applicable, the right to restrict their processing if they are no longer necessary for the purpose described above.
6.2. Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, you also have the right to data portability.
6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has infringed or is infringing the Regulation, you have, among other rights, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6.4. You are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for participating in the recruitment process, including negotiations concerning the establishment of an employment relationship between the controller, as the employer, and you, as the employee, and negotiations concerning the terms of that relationship. Without your personal data, it is not possible to establish an employment relationship, negotiate its terms or duly fulfil the obligations relating to the employment relationship under generally binding legal regulations.
